HEAR WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING:

“Franklin completed the patio addition to our historic Carriage House, which we use as a Fellowship Hall! They spent hours on the phone with the concrete pigment company, making sure that the color was an exact match for our historic Glebehouse which is built with handmade rose-colored brick from the 1700s. People ask all the time if the patio was original to the property, too - a sign to me that it fits in perfectly. Franklin is an upstanding and dedicated man to work with.”
- Fr. Kevin Fife Priest, St. James On-the-Glebe Anglican Church

“My wife and I wanted to add a little character to the door to our rec room, and decided to make it look like an English call box (telephone booth.) From a rough sketch, Franklin was able to design and install the door you see pictured here. It is beautiful and functional, and he also designed it in a way that it can be removed should we decide to go another more conventional direction in the future. The fit and finish are perfect. We were also very impressed and pleased with the installation process. He was quiet and unobtrusive, and the area was completely cleaned and free of sawdust, tools etc. at the end of each day. We were pleased with every aspect of this project, and would highly recommend his service”

This historic house on the water in Gloucester point had major roof damage due to bad installation.
We removed the old shingle roofing and added new “Yorktown Gray” Landmark shingles. New copper flashing was custom bent to fit flush. We also added an innovative solar vent fan to help keep the attic cool. We also completed a re-screening of the beautiful wrap around porch.

This home in Mathews had severe structural damage on the front porches with rotted wood on both the base and top of the columns.
We jacked up the porch, added new bracing with water resistant material, and were able to push the columns back into place. We were able to completely re-level the second floor of the porch.
